I recently picked up a copy of DANDR from the used bookstore. It is the 1994 version but I liked what I read about the diet and am starting it today.....Canada Day.
I'm curious to see where I will be in one year on next years Canada Day after doing the diet for 1 year.
Currently I weigh much more then 350 pounds and do not even register on the doctors scale. I think I am somewhere between 450 and 500 pounds.
It has been difficult trying to find a scale that will record my current weight
so I am simply starting from today and will be using my measurements as a guide. I've also taken a photo of myself today for later comparision as I drop the weight.
