I thought I'd start a thread to see what everyone is doing for their exercise. If it's from walking to running to yoga. Just wondering how much people are losing on a weekly basis and what kinds of exerise you are all doing to help.
I just started up Yoga. LOVE it! Doesn't even feel like I'm exercising yet I can feel the benefits. Anyone else have any exercise experiences to share?
