It's half way through the day and I seem to be doing the egg fast and didn't realize it! had 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast and 2 for lunch so I thought I'd keep going and try to jump start my weight loss again.
My question is - is it ok to use butter or olive oil when cooking the eggs> can you combine macadamia nuts in as well is you stay with in the correct serving size?
I think by the time I get to my fifth mini meal it would be great to have the nuts instead.
