Hard to believe but it has been a year since I've been here and would you be surprised if I told you that I weight exactly the same as I did a year ago! I suppose it could be worse.
I'm looking for someone to correspond with about low carb and exercise - I plan to work out with weights, walking and Pilates.
I have in the past set many lofty personal goals and met them all except the getting in shape one. So it is now my focus. I need to lose about 80 pounds, know that I can do it and would like to jump right in while I get to know all of you in the Low Carb forum.
