Default DAY 5 -- can't believe I've made it....

Well here it is, day 5, and I can't believe I've made it this far after the migraine-type headache of day 2 -- and other unpleasant 'induction flu'-type feelings. The only thing I truly crave and wish I could have is breaded chicken wings -- the boneless ones from BW3. But I stick with the 'naked tenders' and tough it out for now.

I am down 6lbs. on the scale already, but no change in clothes really. I feel a bit lighter on my feet, which is nice, but I won't be happy with any results until actual FAT is gone. Oh well. Less water to carry around I suppose.

I haven't been in a workout mood this week while adjusting to the aches and pains of induction flu, but next week I'll give it a shot.

I'm just in awe that I haven't quit yet, as yucky as I've felt!

Great job on the 6 pounds you have already lost. We have to keep telling ourselves that it didn't go on overnight so it won't come off that way either.

Keep up the good work, you'll get there in time.
