hi all! newbie here!

hello all! i have been reading your posts for a couple of days but today is my first day on low carb! well this time anyways;) i did it once before for 6 weeks and lost 20 lbs. this time im doing it for DH. so we are doing it together :carrot: im not doing Atkins though just low carb. we are a blended family from AZ :cool: so tell me a little about you!

Welcome! It's nice to have a spouse eating the same way. It makes things easier. My husband and I both are low carbers in Colorado.
