Hi everyone!!

I'm a newbie here on this forum...my name is Kam.

I'm doing Atkins (AGAIN...SIGH!). I actually did it about 3 or 4 years ago and lost about 65 pounds or so, and maintained for a year until I got pregnant with my daughter. Of course, I went hog wild during the pregnancy and ate anything I wanted to, which allowed my weight to skyrocket.

I lost most of my preggo weight, and then have put it back on and then some...so, I am ditching Weight Watchers and going back to what I know works for me...Atkins!

So, this is day one of induction...help me stay strong please! :)

Anyway, so here I am...love this forum, a lot of nice people on here, so I'm excited! :)

thanks so MUCH for the warm welcome everyone!!!

What a great forum to be a part of, how exciting!!:D

So far, I am just finishing up day 2 here of induction...already 2 pounds lost, but then again, that could very well be water weight. Nonetheless, my victory is in sticking to it for 2 days now...WOOHOO!!!

Anyway, thanks so much for the welcome, I appreciate it ladies!!

Congratulations on a great start! Pregnancy weight is my problem, too. I gained 70 lbs with my last child, and he's 7 months old. I'm just now getting around to getting off my butt and doing something about it. Good luck to you Kam!
