Default Hi Folks! Anyone cooking Stella Style?

I usually hang out in the 100# Club but have recently decided to restart the low carb life. I lost 50# on Atkins in early 2004 and have kept 40 of it off for 2 years. (regained 10# in late 2004 after surgery) I am feeling ready to start losing again and even purchased a scale, something I haven't had for over 20 years. I look forward to lurking and posting with the other low carbers.

Have any of you used the cookbooks by chef George Stella? He, his wife and two teenage sons lost 560 pounds in two years following Atkins. I've only had it a few weeks and tried the lemon meringue pie and thought it was terrific (Lemon juice, eggs, gelatin, almonds and butter) Anyone else for any favorite recipes? Or favorite low carb cookbooks?

Hi Denise and welcome!

I like a lot of the recipes on the Atkins web site especially the sausage stuffed mushrooms. I may make those tonight.
