Default These books have changed me!!!

I have read the most wonderful books and thought I would share!!

The first is THIN FOR LIFE it has surveyed people who have kept weight off for a long time and what their habits and tricks are

and I'm in the middle of: LOVE THE LIFE YOU LIVE. A big part of this book teaches about self talk and the significance it has on every aspect of our loves. I feel like I could read this a hundred times and still learn things!!

anyway, thought I'd share. If anyone else has read some good ones, share away!!

Have you checked out the Thin For Life discussions in the Maintainers Library? There's a sticky for each chapter. We'd love for you all to add your input!

diet revolution that was the first one also, the Hamptons diet and

I have read alot of books but not the above, I am going to get them. Thank you for recomending them. I did read my bog fat greek diet and I wasnt thrilled with that. I am reading now the 3 fat chicks book, and I what I like about it it describes many of the current diets and they list the pros and cons of each.
