I thought I was doing so good on my diet all week.. couldn't see what I was doing wrong, but that darn scale has not budged. I exercised every day, ate what I thought to be under 20 carbs a day.
Well today I figured it out. I have been eating too much brussell sprouts at dinner.
Just had a craving for them, didn't see the harm... didn't look it up. They are packed with carbs. ARRGGGGH!
At the same time I am relieved that I know now that was it. Maybe now I can actually loose some weight.
