I'm back. I had to take a break last week, but I didn't gain any weight while I was gone.. but have to start induction all over again.
Breakfast: 2 eggs (.8) 2 strips bacon fried in butter
Lunch: Tuna salad
Snack: 2 small stalks of celery with hard creme cheese 1.7
1 low carb bar (3 carbs)
1 pc cheddae jack
Dinner: Spinach salad with Ranch dressing (8 carbs)
Chicken with a tablespoon of mushroom sauce (1)
brussell spouts (3.5)
seltzer
lots of water
Ravenhill: Yes, mayo is allowed on induction. And, plain tuna is allowed. I'm not sure what goes into the sweet and spicy tuna, but you'll want to be careful about any added sugars.
