    Lunch:
    Salad with lots of veggies -- 10

    Supper:
    Chicken wings -- 1
    Blue cheese dressing -- 2
    Pickles -- 1

    TOTAL: 19 carbs
  • Monday

    7:30 string cheese (1)
    8:20 LC straw/banana yogurt (5)

    10:30 leftover taco meat w/ cheese (5)

    1:00 McDonalds grilled chicken ceasar salad w/ ranch (10)

    1:30 64oz water down, 64oz to go!

    4:00 beef jerky (2)

    Dinner:
    2 cheese dogs, 1 string cheese (3)
    1 lc tortilla triangle (1)
    salami (1)

    Hit water goal!




    Total fluid intake: 1 gal
    Total Carb intake: 28




    Water, water, water, water!
  • Breaky~ protein shake

    Snack~ 2 oz beef w/mustard

    Lunch~ 2 boiled eggs

    Supper~ baked tilapia and green beans
  • Breakfast- 1 hb egg
    lunch- Cucumber slices
    Snack- 2 oz summer sausage
    Supper- Tuna salad (with 1 egg and a little mayo) on lettuce
  • Tuesday

    7:30 string cheese (1)
    8:15 LC yogurt w/ strawberries (7)

    10:45 deli turkey (0), munster cheese (1), 2oz baby carrots (5)

    1:20 Wendy's chicken BLT salad w/ ranch (11)

    64oz water down, 64 to go!

  • hello everyone! Tuesday breakfast 2oz. cheese coffee
    I'm going to have tuna salad with pork grinds for lunch sometime today.
    dinner I'll probably have a steak no sure yet.

    Mushrooms -- 2

    Supper:
    Salad -- 10

    TOTAL: 21 carbs
  • I messed up with yesterdays...

    So Monday should actually be...
    Breakfast-none
    Lunch- none
    Supper- 1 chicken breast, 1/2 cup steamed veggies, 2 slices of LC bread, 1 cup LC ice cream
    Which probably all equals to about 800 grams of carbs in actuality! LOL

    Tuesday-
    Breakfast- 1 egg and 2 cups black coffee (3)
    lunch- didn't have time...there was a train while on my way to get my salad...urghh!
    supper- probably....tuna salad with egg, mayo and some salad greens

    snacks-depending on what dh has eaten already...but maybe cucumber slices and a few pork rinds

    Plus LOTS of water today!
