Supper~ broiled chicken breast w/mushrooms, bacon, 1oz colby jack & tossed salad
Snack~ .5 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/3 cup chopped peaches & splenda
Totals 1014 calories, 42 carbs & 14 fibre (28 total carbs) Was hungry today!

Woke up late today.

8:30 - Coffee w/splenda (2)
10:00 - Cheddar (1)
12:30 - Left over lc linguini alfredo (5)
4:00 - Big ol' salad (4)
8:00 - Oven roasted chicken (0), lc cole slaw (2), spinach sauteed in butter & garlic (1)
Total = 15
Veggie carbs = 7

this is delicious, it tastes like peaches and cream icecream!! or a peach creamscicle!
Supper~ curried turkey meatballs w/ceasar salad
Totals~ 851 calories, 34 carbs, 12 fibre (22 total carbs)
