7:00 - Coffee w/splenda (2)
9:00 - Cheddar slice (.5)
11:30 - Club wrap - I don't think it was low carb 'cause I feel a little ill (???)
5:00 - Parmesan crusted salmon (.5), lc linguini alfredo (4)

Supper~ broiled chicken breast w/mushrooms, bacon, 1oz colby jack & tossed salad

Snack~ .5 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/3 cup chopped peaches & splenda

Totals 1014 calories, 42 carbs & 14 fibre (28 total carbs) Was hungry today!

Snack~ other 1/2 of the cottage cheese and peach cup I made up yesterday. this is delicious, it tastes like peaches and cream icecream!! or a peach creamscicle!

Supper~ curried turkey meatballs w/ceasar salad

Totals~ 851 calories, 34 carbs, 12 fibre (22 total carbs)
