Hi, well have moved over from the other thread..
I started induction 31/12/04 and have been really strict!!
I have been down this part of the 'atkins' road to recovery once before, but had to come off due to ill health (nothing atkins related.. but under gp's disapproving orders).
Goal's for the week :
1, to learn to log all my foods - I've been mentally adding up carbs
2, to stick to strict induction
3, to NOT weigh myself till Friday
Exercise will come the following week, as wanted to get over the 'side affects' of induction and my aerobics buddy isn't about till next tuesday's class.
I'm already feeling my 'small' jeans are a bit more comfortable (not loose by any means.. but there's time yet)!
So fingers crossed they'll become my 'big jeans' soon!!
