Oh crap. Well ladies, I just blew a good thing. Gave in and had junk for supper!! ARGH!! And why? The more I think about it, it didn't even TASTE that good. French fries were blah (and they used to be my FAVORITE food next to chocolate), the shrimp was greasy. I actually feel sick to my stomach. Of course, it could be the 1/2 a chocolate chip cookie, the 1/4 of a slice of brownie, or the donut that I ate. All I want to do now is barf!! That and drink a gallon of water cuz I feel like I've not drank anything. Carb/sugar sucked up my water? Guess this means not only back to the drawing board but that no decent WI tomorrow. I'm so disappointed in myself!!
