Question LC Salmon Recipe?

Does anyone have a good LC Salmon recipe? I have never made Salmon before. I have always wanted to try. I picked some up over the weekend, but am not sure on how to cook it (LOL). Does anyone have any suggestions?

I just had salmon tonight! I dot it with butter, sprinkle it with dill and wrap it in a foil packet. I baked mine on the grill tonight for about 25 min. You can also do it in the oven the same way ( I usually bake mine at 350 deg) I love the taste of salmon so I don't use sauses or anything.

Good luck

I have baked salmon before with butter and lemon-pepper or cajun seasoning. Both are tasty. Salmon is so good -- I think it's hard to mess up. Like Jules said, it doesn't need much seasoning.

grn_ize: I just made Talapia (sp) for the first time tonight and I highly recommend it. My daughter said she liked it better than salmon.

I'm not fond of fish w/out breading. So I haven't been eating any. I miss eating fish Then again, I've never been crazy about salmon. Hoping someday my tastes will change

I think I was scarred by those canned salmon patties my moms used to make
Me: whats that crunchy thing?
Moms:it's just a bone, they're soft, eat them they're good for you
Me: *urp*

Canned tuna? Isn't that what I've been feeding my kittens? J/K. I don't like canned tuna.

Ok, I personally don't believe in canned meat. Blech!

As for the salmon, I tend to just put a thin layer of mayo over a filet and then add a little seasoning salt or lemon pepper and bake it at 400 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes. Easy and yummy!
