Forgot to mention. My DH has been doing well on Atkins....except the low carb ice cream. lol. He's like me, HAD to have something sweet. So figured to keep him interested and on this WOE I'd give in on that point. I made him read the induction list of foods He even did the 3 mile WATP tape w/me!!! THAT was interesting. But at least he gave it a shot and kept through the WHOLE thing (probably so his DW didn't show him up ) .
