8:00 - Coffee w/splenda (2)
9:00 - String cheese (1)
11:30 - Clam chowder (4)
2:00 - Fried Rice (5)
3:00 - String cheese (1)
9:30 - Copper river salmon (0)
10:00 - Funeral fauxtatoes (6)
10:30 - Glass of wine and 1 piece of sf chocolate (10)


Total = 29 <---- I'm doing 30 or less this week so that's good!

Okay, I didn't log and now I'm starting to go south! I just ate some honey roasted macadamian nuts! Here we go, clean start from 11:15 on...

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 coffee: 4

Snack: Honey roasted macadamian nuts (bad... bad): 4

Lunch: Low-carb burger: 4

Snack: Pepperoni stick: 1

Dinner: Salad: 6

Daily total: 19

Atkins Blueberry muffin- 8??? (I don't remember if it was that high)
Diet Mt Dew-1?

LC Yogurt-3

landjaeger-0

Supper
Adult Happy meal minus the chicken (idgets put in fried instead of plain)
no carb salad dressing.

I'm revising. I had to run to the mall at lunch, so the plan got a little messed up. I just need a quick re-calc.

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 coffee: 4

Snack: Honey roasted macadamian nuts (bad... bad): 4

Lunch: Subway wrap, no ranch: 8

Snack: Pepperoni stick: 1

Dinner: Roast and Salad: 6

Daily total: 22
