Thanks! Any suggestions about losing appetite. I really don't have an appetite, but I know I have to eat.

It happens. And, of course, we all have to figure out what works for us individually.

What's worked best for me is giving up 'meals'. Instead, I eat a little bit of something here and there every 2 - 3 hours throughout the entire day. It keeps my metabolism and blood sugar steady, plus I don't get really hungry and make stupid food choices

Oh - be warned that most of us tend to become ravenous around TOM. It must be the hormone flux.

Iam past the induction phase. I just wanted to know how many net carbs should I be eating in a day. I was eating 20-30. Mostly around 20 to 26 grams. How much weight loss is there in a week aftrer were are past the induction part? I do not have atkins book with me I think it is packed up, but I go to the Atkins web site and get a lot of info from there.
So I Was just wondering how many net carbs to eat and how much do you lose in 1 week?

I am happpy to report that it is day 12 for me and I have lost 7lbs according to my scale ,. I have on a pair of capris that have been packed away!
I can see that I have lost inches, this is great!!!

Stirfried: You're supposed to keep slowly adding carbs. As long as you continue to lose then you've not added too many. If you've added too many your weight loss stops. I've not added much carbs but I seem to have slowed super slow on the weight loss. Oh, and you don't HAVE to move onto OWL. You can stay on induction for as long as you need to.
