Cool Thursday's Eats

Breakfast
Coffe w/ LC milk and splenda - 2
chedda- .5
Total 2.5

Lunch
Balogna sandwich w/ mayo, lettuce and tomato - 7
Total -7
(I'm gonna be mulching so I had to pack something that wouldn't be tough to eat on the go. On the upside, the 3 carb bread is good, though spongy like the bagels)

Dinner
Roast - 0
Carrots - 5
Spaghetti Squash - dunno, gotta look up the carb count

Snack
Sunflower Seeds - 2

Total - 16.5 + spaghetti squash

Morning pills..
2.8G Carbs right now.

Lunch:
1 shake ( 3 )
2 cheese sticks ( .6 )
celery and cheese spread ( ?? )
2 peice of ham ( .3 )

snack:
cheese stick ( .26 )
slice of ham ( .1 )

Coffee with cream and sweetner -- 2 (Spilled a portion of it on the floor. )
String cheese (2) -- 2
1 liter of water

Lunch:
Turkey and cheese omlet -- 3
1 liter of water

Snack:
Pickle -- 1
1 liter of water

Supper:
Cesear salad -- 4
Shrimp -- 0

Snack:
Low-carb ice cream -- 6

TOTAL: 18 carbs; 3 liters of water

got hungry ate 4 hotdogs and some low carBBQ CRAP not sure how much carbs per hotdog be on the safe side and say 1 ( 5.1 ) 4 carbs left for the day
