Amy your not alone, I started AGAIN last week. Gotta weigh myself tomorrow, for some reason I don't think the scale moved
AND I have not cheated... will see.
You know what I do is, to keep the $$$ reasonable, I eat what ever is on sale that week, if ckn is on sale stock up. Tuna is excellent to eat and cheap. Add some mayo, celery & onion on some pork rinds is wonderful !!! Plus its full of good oils that your body needs. Fish is cheap this time of year, what ever you can get freeze. I always look at the flyers on saturday night for the Sunday sales. That goes for veggies too, if cans are cheaper then thats what I eat.
