This is my plan. It may not be the wisest but it's a start
Every year Mr. Cottontail leaves a basket for DH and I as well as the girls. Now it would seem funny to have my half of the basket empty just because I am on a new WOE. So I have decided to fill my side up with ZCarb bars and any other little goodies I can find. I am not a big fan of jelly beans so that wont phase me in the least. But when surrounded with 5 baskets of chocolate.. I BEST have something I can eat around.
As for Easter dinner, we go over to my mothers house. She is also on Atkins so we are putting together a game plan. Ham and Turkey, Cauliflower, whatnot.. as well as the mashed taters and goodies for the gang. We found a recipe for a low carb cake and one for pie crust (thinking of making a pumpkin pie) so we will even treat ourselves to a dessert.
Whats going to be my most difficult moment? When someone says.. Pass the crossiants!!!!
I am determined to stay OP over Easter!
