Default April Equator Trek
Ok.. I am early by one day.. But I thought I would make sure that I would get the rules up for the month. Also We are going to start a new list so that we have a more acurate head count of participants!

RULES

1) Record your mileage as follows:
  • If you are walking on a treadmill or using other equiptment that records mileage, use that mileage for your workout
  • If you are doing weights, a video, Gym class or other type of exercise that doenst have a odometer, count every 20 minutes at 1 mile

2) When recording your mileage, make sure you cut and paste the list into your post and update your total AND the group totals!!

That is it!

Now everyone get out there and move!!

I just ordered WATP, and it should be here tomorrow, so count me in too. What exactly is the mileage goal we are going for?
