My office building has a deli that serves Atkins friendly omlettes for breakfast. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese omlette. I think they used margarine instead of butter to cook the eggs in. Is this going to throw me out of ketosis? I didn't even think to ask if that was butter or not. I really hope it will be ok. My jeans are almost too big! Last week they were almost too tight. I would hate to think that some stupid butter substitute ruined it! I know, I am whining. Someone call whe waambulance!
