Thank you so much for taking the time to post this! It is very informative, and answered a lot of my questions! I think that the scale can be a crutch. I once has a personal trainer who told me to only weigh myself once a week. That way, I didn't obsess on the actual weight. I went by how my clothes were hanging differently, and how my cheekbones were making a comeback.
