Im back on Atkins as of this morning. Breakfast, 2 scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese Lunch, salmon Patty, ceasar salad Supper, Chicken breast, ceasar salad snacks include(if needed thru-out the day)......boiled eggs, broccoli w/ sourcream dip I have to resurrect my fitday, and plug all this stuff in to see where its at. I'll post my totals after Ive done that. |
Monday foods
breakfast la tortilla: 3 PB: 2.5 snack sf jello:0 cheese:1 1 liter of water diet pepsi lunch: steak:0 romaine: 1.5 blue cheese:0 skinny cow bar:5 Snack: missed snack was busy hiking. Dinner LC burger from Carl's:4 1 liter of water total: 17 carbs!! :D |

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs Lunch: 1 langjaeger (I need to get the carb count on that) Supper: 1 1/2 C Salad 2 slices cheddar cheese carb free dressing 1 steak |

Breakfast:
decaf w/cream (3) 2 slices havarti (.5) =3.5 Lunch: (out!) broiled 6 oz steak (0) greens w/dressing (1) green beans (3) =4 Snack: iced tea (1) 3 pepperoni sticks (1.5) =2.5 3 bacon slices (1) Dinner: parmesan garlic shrimp (3) green beans (4) whipped cream w/sf raspberry syrup (3) =10 Total = 21 carbs! (but I did have a couple of spoonfuls of ds's leftover ice cream - bad froufy! :o ) Froufy :^: |
Tuesday's Tummy Tantalizers
Breakfast:
2 slices havarti (.5) decaf w/cream (2.5) =3 Lunch: 4 oz polish sausage (3) celery & radishes (4) =7 Snack: raspberry mousse (3) Planned dinner: roast chicken (0) salad (2) dressing (1) =3 Snack: decaf coffee w/cream and sf syrup = 3 TOTAL: 19 CARBS!....hoping to drop a few lbs before Monday's travel - but so far scale not budging! Froufy:) |

Tuesdays plan
Breakfast, 2 soft boiled eggs w/ butter & protein drink Lunch, egg salad & raw broccoli w/sour cream dip Supper, ceasar salad, broiled chicken breast Snacks if needed.....2 xtra protein drinks and bowl of veggies Ive lost 4lbs yesterday!! :cb: You know something, I did BFL and in the first 8 weeks, I only lost 6 lbs!! Bad carbs are my enemy!! Have a good day all! |

Breakfast lc bread: 4 pb: 1.5 snack 1 liter of water diet pepsi forgot the food part was really busy at work :( lunch atkins wrap: 8 skinny cow lc bar: 5 snack sf jello:0 cheese:1 dinner tuna:0 dressing: 1 dill relish: 0 romaine: 2 1 liter of water Total: 22.5 carbs, pretty good for feeling so starved today! I thought I would be way off! |
Wednesday Day One:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs 3.04g 4 strips of bacon (No nitrates, no carbs) 1.89g Lunch: McDonald's Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad 9g Ceasar dressing 4g Dinner: 2 cups of chicken cooked with olive oil and flavoured with lemon pepper 1.39 g 6 ounces of steak marinated in butter, fajita seasoning, white and black peppers 0g Water consumed: 40 ounces. :( Need to do A LOT better on the water intake!!! TOTAL GRAMS CONSUMED: 19.32g |
Wednesday:
Breafast: 2 fried eggs Lunch: 1 landjaeger (maybe need to cut those out) 1 C salad 1/4 chicken no carb dressing Supper: 2 C salad 3 slices cheese no carb dressing 2 chicken patties (not breaded) snack (I ate it at like 9:00--maybe that was the problem?) 1 landjaeger |
