As you now know - ALL CARBS must be counted - and you'd be surprised where they hide out (1 cup of coffee = 1 carb!).

and get yourself a free account where you can "count" your carbs/fibre and maintain the right ratios for weight loss (65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs)......some people also monitor their calories as well altho this is not always a necessity!
