Thanks Star! I went and changed the info.
The sign at the store said 10.5 carbs for the turkey bacon wrap, so I rounded up to the 11, but you are right - their website says 10 - so I'm gonna call it 10.

I just noticed that the chicken bacon wrap is only 8 carbs. I should get that next time and save myself a couple of carbs.

I am sooooooooo hungry for something sweet today! I'm at work with no sf jello. I will survive but I want something sweet! I'm not hungry - just craving. Hope it passes quickly!

subway turkey & bacon wrap - 10

Supper:
grilled fish
salad & dressing - 3

Exercise: 45 walk

Water: 72 oz

Total carbs: 20

Lunch - cheese cubes - 1

I'm starving - have been SO busy today!

Dinner - Going to a get together and everyone is going to have Pizza. Help! So I am going to get a meatball wrap from Subway and try not to lose my mind.

Snack - I'll have some string cheese and LC peanut butter in the car.

This is SOOOO hard to do while under stress!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted a bagel and some fruit so badly this morning I nearly passed out.

I swear if my scale hadn't shown that I FINALLY hit my 50 pound goal, I wouldn't be able to stick to this.

ok i'm having one of those days today and chose to have some carbs. I'm not gonna add it up - I know its well over the 20 or 25 I'm shooting for each today, but tomorrow I will be back on track. This was the best I could do today.

Breakfast:

2 coffee w/splenda & cream
1 wheat toast w/butter
1 cup milk

Lunch:
1/2 cup white rice with
crawfish etioufee
caff free diet coke

Super:
salad & dressing

Water: 48 oz

Total Carbs: too many
