I found in with the coffee beans a S/F syrup Called Oscar's
/2 tblsp 1 cal, o fat, o protien, .3g carb, .2gsugar
I bought Carmel but they had B-52, ammareto, vanilla, irish cream, chocolate something, and another I forget.

I even went out and bought a coffee grinder, decaff coffee beans, 1 cup coffee maker just to try it out LOL.

It is a 750ml bottle for only 9.99

Anyways is really good.

Ruthxxx We used to talk a year or two ago. I was on ww and trying to lose weight. Well I fell off the wagon. But! I am back on and have lost 30 pounds! Yeah. I don't know if you remember talking to me in the chat room but remember you and you raise dogs that like the water. (My dog just likes cookies, like her "mommie")
