Default Atkins--OP

I figured...We now have a thread where we post when we've gone off the program and indulged....but what about when we've been good? Shouldn't we acknowledge that??
I want to start counting how many days I can stay OP!! Lol...I'm not counting today until it's over. So this is for yesterday. And if I goof? Then I'm starting over. But I thought this'd be interesting.

OP DAYS:

This thread is just as fabulous-feeling as the one where I get to say another lb was lost! Couldn't wait to be good all day yesterday so I could have a day! My Tuesday was sabotaged by a sneaky coffee machine that put sugar in my latte, and by the time I realized it, I was already back in class and my throat hurt so badly I needed something warm in it.

WOOHOO!! you all are doing great. When I started this I actually thought I'd be the only one to post in it. And even though my number is going up (one day at a time I figure!!! ) I just KNOW it's not always going to stay up. So I just want to see how far I can go w/out cheating. And maybe posting the days will make me know I CAN'T cheat w/out you all knowing it. Peer pressure that's called right??? "gotta keep up with the Stars". or is that the Theo'sgirl? Or the other people that managed to stay on program? All I know is for me I've got to try-and maybe this'll help. It was worth a shot.

Can we post things that we're doing well instead of just a tally of days on plan?

Like, "I walked that 2 miles today"
or "I successfully avoided chocolate whipped cream"
or "I got my exercise from the tredmill today instead of strangling my husband (boyfriend, child, parent, neighbor, etc)"

Great job, everyone!

I've been OP since Tuesday, which is a great feeling. I didn't know I had it in me these days... Also, exercising is going well. I just need to add Pilates back in. Why, oh why did I ever stop??

This will be day 4 for me as long as I make it through the "beer fest" this evening. I may have to forgo

But...........drum roll.................I resisted the EVIL BAGELS this morning. I brought in half of one of my 1 gram 7 grain rolls and toasted it then put some cream cheese on it. LOVED IT. Satisfied that bagel desire
