B: 3 scrambled eggs (2.5) with unketchup (1)
L: spinach salad (1) with olive oil and vinegar (1), 6 olives (1)
shrimp stir fry (1) with 1 cup cooked broccoli (4)
What the ****!: 4 pieces tandoori chicken (16!) and two cups creamed indian spinach (10) uggggggh
D: 2 egg omlete (1.5), 0.5 cheese (.5) and unketchup (1)
What the ****!!!!!!!!!!: 3 oz cream cheese (3) with SF syrup and cocoa (1)
Snack: two flax seed muffins, first time baking them, they are excellent (4)
soo umm yeah *groan*
On the other hand, I did eat 26 grams of fiber, so hopefully everything will be out of my system soon. I ran a ketostix after the indian food drama and it was still dark purple. I drank more water today than usual (like 12 cups!). I guess my saving is the high amount of fat in indian food, I hope.
Ah well, via fitday: 2,473 cals, 42 grams net carbs!
Technically a legal food binge day...the difference is, I feel like I'm still on the wagon and everything will be ok in the morning.
ahhhhh. I'm also *not* weighing myself tomorrow. I will resist the siren call of the scale. Sunday is my weigh in day now, I shall not cheat it.
And since atkins says our ketostix turn pale when we approach our CCLL, I'll run one in the am to confirm I'm still dark purple. If I am, I think I am pleased to say my CCLL is at least 30, which is good news.
