Weight Loss Chart
Ok, since I've had a lot of people ask me about it, I'm attempting to post a "picture" of my little weight loss chart. You won't be able to read it because I had to shrink and crop it so much, but you'll get the idea. Purple is weight, yellow is the difference from the previous week. At the top of each column is the percentage of my start weight that I've lost. The white number in the purple columns are my bmi for that week. And I've got some milestone lines in there as well as a 2 pound a week forecast line. Ok, here goes!

That's a cool looking chart. Did you create it yourself? I'm not good w/bookkeeping so I probably wouldn't be able to keep up w/that either. I'm bad w/trying to put stuff into fitday. I don't have the patience to hunt for the stuff I've eaten. lol

Yeah, it's just an excel spreadsheet that I update once a week. It's pretty low maintenance.
I'm with you on Fitday. It takes me so long to enter my stuff! I'm sure that if I just sat down and entered it all once, then I'd be set, but

I found this great site the other day that really helps me locate carb counts. It has about 98% of the food items I'm looking for, the rest I just make a guess.

How did you create that chart? Any suggestions on how to set one up?

Really great graph there, I'll have to poke around with one also... Nice to look back and actually see your accomplishments in black and white (or purple)

If anyone wants, they can PM me with an email address and I can send the actual file to you. Then you can just adjust what I've already done to fit your own goals.
