Ok I need some encouragement here. I am only back to induction for day 2 today....but I again am battling the choc. cravings monster. I KNOW that once I get past the weekend I won't even bat an eyelash at it - but you know it's the "getting there" that's a killer.
So in reading today's chat, Leenie's post got me thinking and I want you all to help motivate me please!....maybe we could make a complete list (ie cut and paste and keep adding your ideas so we can all print off one full list in the end). I will start with Leenie's below
What are we looking forward to this spring?
Wearing only a sweater - no coat (to hid under)
Wearing shorts instead of long pants or long skirts
Morning walks with my kids in the jogger
Daylight lasting longer - for a bikeride(?)
