What are Equator Trek miles?
 

Can someone please explain what the Exuator Trek miles are all about? What is it, how do you do it? THank you :p

The equator trek is our 2004 exercise challenge. We're trying to do enough exercise to get us around the equator in one year. Exercises that are measurable in miles get logged that way. Other exercise, like aerobics or weight-lifting, are counted as 1 mile for every 20 minutes. Feel free to join in!


Hey Leens - can we get an explanation posted at the beginning of that thread? It was there until the Great Crash.

I think the only way to do it is to add it to the first posters post, let me check into it. :D

I was Leenie Years and Years and Years ago, when 3FC's chat was so hot. When I registered for the message boards, some impostor took my name and well I was stuck with Leens. So I asked Suzanne to sprinkle some magical 3FC's dust over my name and poof !! I changed from a frog back into Leenie.... ahhh I feel so much better.
