I do pretty good in the eating department and really good in the exercise department. It's the cheating department I don't do so well with. My major problem is pizza and birthday cake! Ughhh! It's making me crazy. I can say no to soooo many other things, but when pizza or cake is in my house or around my family I just can't leave it alone. I don't go overboard, but I can leave it alone!! So, I"m hoping if I find a pizza substitue I will be able to help part if it.

I know a lot of people here use the low carb tortillas to make super thin pizzas so that's an idea, too. The stuff I use comes out to 5-6 grams per slice depending on how many slices I make.

Lori,
I have incredible urges also for pizza, I usually buy a jar of no sugar added pizza sauce and mix it with a pound of extra lean ground beef and cover it with low fat cheese and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes if you are moderate with it, you can add mushrooms and peppers if you like or turkey pepperoni, It is breadless but amazing in taste and it will kill the illigal craving

Can anyone jump in and record their food intake? I really need some accountability right now.

If anyone is interested in exactly what I eat, I use fitday...it's kinda hard to tell because I'll list individual ingredients that go into making recipes, but anyway.
