I am "visiting" here from another 3FC forum and I went back thru these archives looking for ideas & inspiration and I came across your posts.

Thanks for taking the time to put down so many good ideas for losing weight and following a low carb eating plan and thanks for the inspiration ( you look terrific in your photos).

It is terrific that you take the time to help others and give them pep talks too!

Star you NW girl you!! You are full of helpful info. and you are the best pep talker around!!! Always so welcoming! One of the reasons I think we do well and others don't is the great support we give eachother everyday...you can't compare it!
