I asked before but didn't get any response........so thought I would do it again.
I am looking to find what my daily totals should be following Atkins. For instance, how much protein, fat and I know the carb shouldn't be more than 20. What are the other two? Also does anyone know what our daily sodium and other nutrients should be? As I finish logging my food in FitDay it is always high in sodium, probably from the cheese.
Any info would be appreciated.
