Well, it looks like Frito-lay's jumping in on this too. I'm just so wary of all these frankenfoods!

They hit it on the head in the first sentence with "trying to capitalize on the popularity of low-carbohydrate diets." Everyone is out to make a buck. I'm a little scared of low-carb chips myself. I had some that were very cardboard-like -- yuck!
