Does anyone have any numbers for our nutrition guidlines. I have been doing my food log in Diet Power Software and it gives me the totals for everything each day...however other than the carbs I don't know what the heck these numbers should be. What about the 65/30/5 (approx) rule?
I need to know for instance what my sodium level should be....is it different than the norm because of Atkins. Also what about the fat levels? Saturated, Poly, Mono?
Any info would be truly appreciated.
