Lunch:
Cheese Enchiladas (2) - 10 ohhhhhhhh they were so good!!!!

Snack:
Almonds - 2

Dinner:
hmmmmmmmm - it's 10:30 at night. Dare I eat dinner?

Tuna: 0
Mayo:0
pickle: 1
Romaine: 1.5

Snack:
spoonfull of PB: 2.5
1 liter of water

Dinner:
LC burger from Carl's Jr. (modified with no ketchup or tomato and with dill pickles):4
Diet pepsi

Total: 16 Carbs!!! Yippeeeee I am the BOMB!!

Still suffering from tummy upset!

Subway atkins wrap - turkey bacon (11)

I am hungry now...but not sure what to eat as I don't want to upset my tummy - feeling a bit queasy now! (3:30 pm!)

veggie: probably green beans (3)

Ohhhhh I was bad last night. I can't even type it but rest assured I am hanging my head in shame and vowing not to buy fantastic low-carb butter pecan ice cream for a long time!

TOTAL: 31 carbs!!! (Honestly, I guess this isn't too, too terrible. Just a lot more than I usually have.)
