This is my before (highest weight) at 198 lbs in 1999.
my lowest in the past 10 years = 138 lbs in 2000.
And currently at 153!!!!

Hi everyone!
I am new to posting but I thought I would add my pretty little pictures to the bunch! The 'before' shot was me at my highest, right before college graduation last year. The 'after' was in August, after I had been on atkins for about 6 weeks. I took a very long non-Atkins break from the holidays until this week but I am only about 5 pounds heavier today than I was in August!
