Darn toot'n you did! It's just that my return button broke and I couldn't seem to get the list cut and pasted. But....I MET MY GOAL!!!!! Ladies, I'm feeling so good right now I can't even begin to find the right words. I just got my labs back yesterday and my cholesterol, which was pretty elevated, is now in the LOW/NORMAL range!!!! My blood sugar is low, but a bit too low, so I have to work on that by eating more regularly. BUT I'M FEELING GREAT!!!

CONGRATS ON MEETING GOAL!!!!!

To all the other SPD ladies...Congratulations on your hard work!!!!! All of you progress is a great accomplishment. Be very proud of yourselves.

I hope everyone can give final results in the AM. I will not meet goal, but I'm VERY happy to be within 3 pounds of goal.

Everyone, if you haven't, Check out the Easter Challenge!!!! I can smell goal for me on that one!!!!!

Honestly I don't know how I managed it but I won't complain at this 2.5 pound loss this week and making my mini SPD goal as well. I'm thrilled!
