My goal for this challenge was 188, but I weighed this morning and am already at 187.5.
So I will lower my goal to 182. That's just a little over a pound a week for the remaining 5 weeks till V-Day.
I think I am now at 10.5 lbs loss since joining this challenge. Yippee!!
I am off induction and on level 2. This is always the hard part for me, adding just a little carbs. Once I'm on a routine with the 20 carbs I do pretty well with that, but now I need to make more decisions and that sometimes makes things hard for me.
I have a whole new slick system on my pocket PC I've been using for induction, so I hope it works as well for level 2. And I bought Carpender's cookbook with 500 low-carb recipes and am eager to try some new recipes. I've cooked 2 new things this week for dinner, and both turned out well. Much better than my attempts with low-carb recipes a year ago.
I hope everyone else is doing well and getting through this winter safely. It has been quite a mess around Seattle.
