Ok - I'm at work right now and very hungry (this is not really normal - seriously)...but I have with me a
Carb Solutions Bar (14g car , 23 g protein = net carb 3g)
some mixed nuts (3 Tblsp, 7g carbs and 5g protein).
I am confused...which would stall me the worst - the bar or the nuts????
Anyone still out there???
