Decaf tea with half and half and splenda = 3 L- ground beef 2 cups romaine lettuce 2 oz. cheese 1 tbsp salsa 1tbsp sour cream = 6 S- 3 salami slices 1 tbsp cream cheese =2 D- Steak 1 Cup broccoli slaw =2 Total = 13 |
Another Monday! Always my hardest day for food planning! Will fill in as I go.
Breakfast: 2 cups chocolate milk (s/f soy) - 2 Summer sausage - 0 Snack: String cheese - 1 Lunch: Good Chef chicken fajita bowl (my new food item for the week - pretty good!) - 6 Sugar free jello - 0 Dinner: Chicken Marinara - 6 Total - 15 We'll see what else I can add in here for snacks. |
OK. I'm going to start posting my food here because I need some accountability for what's going in my mouth!

Supper Steak: 0 Asparagus: 3 Tomatoes: 4 TOTAL: 18 (and notice only the small amount cream!) |

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs - 0 Bacon - 0 8 oz diet V8 Splash - 3 Decaf w/splenda (I'm weak!) - 2 Snack: String cheese - 1 Lunch: Leftover chicken marinara - 6 Small amount of snap peas - 1 Snack: Sweet cinnamon & butter pork rinds - 0 Dinner: Poor man's lobster - 0 Steamed snap peas - 5 18 for the day. Doing good! :) |
Tuesday!
I didn't eat enough today. At least what I did eat was pretty good. 1 oz cheddar Later on... 1 roasted chicken breast scrambled eggs with 1/4 cup mozzarella 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup tomato 2 cups romaine w/ olive oil and vinegar That's it. Might have a snack before bed. Night ladies! |

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with cheese -- 2 Coffee with cream and Spelnda -- 3 Lunch: Ground beef with mushrooms -- 4 Lettuce salad with cheese and dressing -- 3 Snack: Coffee with cream and Splenda -- 3 (Argh!!) Supper: Buffalo chicken strips (made with Hot 'n Spicy pork rinds) -- 0 Ranch dressing -- 3 TOTAL: 18 *OK. After I thought I was done eating and totaled everything up for the day, I had a few minor incidents. I ate two Reese's peanut butter cups and had more coffee with lots of cream! So, my total for the day is probably closer to 40. :yikes: Not going to let that happen again! |

Okay so I had a few meetings and did not exactly eat breakfast (altho I did bring a slice of lc bread and some cream cheese to work!).
Breakfast: decaf w/cream (2) 1 oz macadamia nuts (2) =4 Lunch: chicken ceasar salad (no croutons) (5) Snack: 2 cheese strings (.5) 1 pepperoni stick (.5) =1 Dinner: 4 oz baked salmon 1/2 c. brocoli (3) 3 strawberries (3) 1/2 c. plain yogurt w/1 packet splenda (5) =11 Total: 21....and feeling sick...sore throat still hanging around and sinuses acting up - DD was home sick today with red tonsils the size of golf balls.....hope I don't have what she has!:s: On a course all day tomorrow so need to pack suitable snacks! Summer sausage - 0 Hot chocolate - 2 Snack: String cheese - 1 Lunch: 2 slices of leftover pizza (see? I planned ahead :)) - 11 I'm wondering if I should try doing a 30 gram day just to shake things up a bit? Maybe 10 grams per meal? What do you think? No more wondering! Revised evening menu: Dinner: Clam chowder - 6.5 My own made up version of egg nog - 2 Snack: Carb Sense ice cream bar - 7 Revised total - 29.5 :o I will not panic - I will not panic.... |

Star - try it - go for more carbs - or add some calories - sometimes that does help get things moving - just be sure you don't overdo it...and that you can get back in control!:o
