1 deviled egg
1 Jones Sausage Patty

Lunch:
1 c. salad with cuke and tomato
2 tbs. Creamy Italian dressing

Snack:
2 oz. Muenster cheese
1 oz. Pepperoni
Atkins Vanilla shake

Dinner:
5 oz. Boneless skinless chicken breast
2 c. salad
2 slices tomato
1/4 c. shredded italian cheese (on top of the chicken with the tomato)
Total: 9 carbs

Well here goes....

Breakfast:
2 eggs w/grated cheese (1.5)
yogurt (4)
decaf w/cream (1.5)
=7

Lunch - BIG TURKEY DINNER AT SIL'S PLACE
Not too Atkins friendly I'm afraid.....was going to eat just turkey and veggies, but what was served was fairly high carb.

Turkey, ate a lot of it (0)
the veggies were PEAS & CORN!...took about a tablespoon of each (6?)
1 tablespoon of stuffing (3)
1 tablespoon of gravy (1.5)
my own sf chocolate mousse (7)
coffee w/milk (no cream!) (3)
1 glass red wine (2.5)
=20

Snack:
splenda drink (1)
slice of cheese (1)
=2

Total = 29 carbs.

Lunch - 4 oz hamburger patty with 1.5 oz cheedar cheese

Snack - 12 pork rinds

Dinner - 8 oz roast beef 1 cup mixed greens salad with 2 tbsp of Ceaser Dressing

Total Carbs: 10
Total Calories: 1384

I need to go to the grocery store! I have no veggies in the house!

Angry FINALLY FRIDAY (and it's been short week anyways!)

Yes...deli ham...from Costco...big pack w/1 carb per 100 grams.

Breakfast:

?? did not pack anything today...going to try and slip out at lunch to do shopping (I'm out of chromium!)...will try and pick up a chicken ceasar salad.

prime rib (0)
broccoli (3)

= 15

Total: 27. Scale hovering between 187.4 and 187.6...trying for 187 by next week's dr appt (23rd)

Total: 24 carbs....have to watch out for those macadamia nuts, very addictive!
