No Atkins vitamins readily available in Canada - so one must be creative.
I copied out the list of vitamins as per the book and went for a visit to the Health food store and began reading LOTS of labels (poor clerk was very concerned, but I did take my time).
I found something that was EXTREMELY close to the recommended dosages (made by proactive nutritionals) and bought it. Later realized it did have iron in it..which I understand we don't need (and was probably adding to constipation problems) so recently switched to the age 50+ type which has similar dosages without the added iron! I take 3 per day, spaced out with each meal, and I am very pleased with them! In the past when taking mega/super vitamins that were once a day I found I had major tummy upset.
