Default quick question

I just finished logging in my day yesteray into FitDay. For the first time in the almost two weeks that I have been doing induction I went over 20 net grams of carbs. I am so disappointed in myself. I haven't once gone even close to 20 and just because of some wine!!!!!!!!!!!! I went over.

My question is, am I going to have to start all over again or should I just keep plugging along. I was not going to move into Phase 2 anyway. I was only going to add the LaTortilla low carb tortillas once in a while and of course my wine!
I haven't weighed myself all week either because I wanted to be surprised on Saturday when I weighed myself....now I am dreading it. I am afraid I will be up or at least the same and this weeks work will have been for nothing.

Just venting..............mad at myself.

You dont have to start over! Just remember, No bread of any kind, including the low carb ones and no Wine is allowed on induction.

I am almost completing my 8th week of induction. I had Beer once during this time and didnt realize I couldnt. I didnt start over, just went with it. I wasnt over in carbs though with it...

You can stay on Induction as long as you feel you need to are are not bored. I was on Induction for almost 3 months...and have just recently increased my carbs.

Just remember when adding carbs to follow the OWL ladder.....I think wine/alcohol are rung 5 and breads/grains is the last on rung 9 so you may want to wait before adding the tortillas??

Good luck, you're doing great and don't forget to post your 2 week induction results!

I wouldn't worry about it, just make sure tomorrow you do your 20 carbs and try not to go over.

I stay between 20 - 30 but mostly 20. Some days I just feel I need more food and I ususally gorge on veggies.

I bet the scale is going to smile at you. Don't worry.
