Sure you can have hot dogs but some have 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 carbs. Just read the labels. My favorite are Thumans, put those babies on the grill and get them crunchy...YUM.
When I am in the stores looking at different products there are two things I look for on the nutritional list....one is the carb count, two is the ingredience. If there's sugar, corn sweetners, etc..stuff like that (read Atkins's list). Those two things will determine whether or not I put that item in my basket.
